All subscription fees for Tech Suite AI are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees paid for monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions. By completing a purchase, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid except as expressly provided in this policy or as required by applicable law.

 

2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

While our general policy is that all fees are non-refundable, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant an exception. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Downtime: If the Service is unavailable due to a failure on our part for an extended period (beyond any downtime outlined in our Service Level Agreement), you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the fees paid for the period during which the Service was unavailable.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged in error, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue, and if we determine that the charge was incorrect, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.
  • Cancellation During Promotional Periods: If you subscribed under a promotional offer that included a money-back guarantee for a limited time, you must request a refund within the promotional period as specified in the offer. Requests made after the promotional period has ended will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Refund Process

  • The reason for your refund request

4. Refund Methods

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

 

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are non-refundable:

  • Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees charged at the start of your subscription are non-refundable.
  • Custom Development Fees: Fees for any custom development or professional services are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Services: Fees paid for third-party services, including integrations, that are facilitated through Tech Suite AI are non-refundable. Refund requests for third-party services must be directed to the third-party provider.

 

6. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription to Tech Suite AI at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription after cancellation, except as provided in this policy.

 

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Tech Suite AI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
